Payment Issues
[Do i have to make full amount payment?]
Yes, you are required to make full payment first in order for us to processed your order.
[Are the prices fixed? can it be discounted further? ]
Sorry but no. All items prices are fixed otherwise discount are properly stated.
[What if i do not make payment within 24 hours? ]
Your order will be cancelled and you are required to re-submit another order form.
[I had made my payment. Now what? ]
Please wait while we process your order and payment together then we will send an official invoice to the stated email.
[I accidently credit more than the payable amount. How?]
Please send us an email at after.xii@gmail.com. State your name, contact no., paypal a/c or credit card no. in the email. Also please state the amount credited and the amount payable. We will investigate the case and refund accordingly. However we do urge buyers to properly check the amount to be paid.
Product Issues
[Are the products authentic? How are you so sure? ]
Products that are stated authentic, yes they are. However we also do sell replicas but we stated them clearly at the description. We do not hide any truth from our buyers.
[Where do you get your products from?]
This cannot be disclosed. However, we can assure that the source is legitimate and reliable.
[The pictures of the product is what we are getting? ]
Yes. The pictures posted are the exact products you will be receiving.
[What if we get a product different from the pictures? ]
That will never happen. If that happens, we will provide a full refund
[How is the quality of the product? Am i promised of top quality and condition? ]
Yes, you are promised of top quality and condition. Before any item is sold, we will check individual product for any defects. Only products free from defects will be sold to our customers. Any product that is in bad condition are being discarded.
What if the product is sold out?]
If a product is out of stock, we will put a pre-order sign to it. Any pre-orders requires full payment first as usual and the delivery timing will be 2 weeks or more. As we would like to consolidate a certain amount of orders first then we will ship the goods over to save on the shipping fees thus providing a more competitive pricing for our customers.
[Why is the products always out of stock?]
Basically we bring in designs that are in demand to prevent excess inventory issue. However, do pre-order those sold out designs, the waiting time is only 2 weeks. Moreover pre-order items are entitled to more discounts.
Delivery Issues
[How long does it take for registered mail to arrive? ]
For registered mail, usually the delivery time is 2-3 working days
[How fast will the products for home delivery method be delivered?]
As soon as the payment has been received and provided the stocks are in, we will send it out as soon as the next day.
Will i be notified of my delivery status?
As soon as we ship out your products, we will provide an article number for tracking your goods. In any event, that you need updates on the delivery, we can check the status and keep you updated via email.
