Pricing & Payments


All payments are to be made first for the order to be approved and processed.

All final sale price are rounded down to the nearest cents

An official invoice will be sent out after the order form is submitted. Buyers should follow the instructions in the invoice and pay the exact amount payable.

Any Buyer who intentionally pay lesser than the amount payable, the amount will not be refunded and order will be cancelled.

Strictly no changing/cancellation of order after a payment is made.

Discount for products are stated otherwise the prices are all fixed. Negotiating of prices will not be entertained. We had done our best to provide the most competitive price.

Goods & Delivery


No shipping cost only applies to registered mail and only to a single shipping address.

Any shipment lost caused by wrong address stated (Buyer's error), no refund will be issued.

Items sold here are not refundable nor are they exchangeable. After Twelve taken all measures to ensure goods are in good condition and utmost quality.

All pre-order items are required full payment first and has a waiting time of 2 weeks or more for the stock to arrive.

For pre-order items, any error in the supplier’s order will be rectified within our best capacity.

For pre-orders, we will provide every 2 day update on your order status till the product is delivered to you. So please kindly do not constantly enquire about order status.

If any pre-orders is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to reject any orders or cancel any orders even payment is made. Whenever in an event of such cases, a full refund and explaination will be made to the buyers.

All authenticity of the product are being stated and are hold responsible on the credibility of the suppliers. Pictures of the actual product are all posted for your checking.

Strictly no authenticity issues will be addressed.

Every pictures posted you see is what you get. We provided detailed picture and description to ensure a satisfied purchase. We do not conceal anything from our consumers. Therefore, any non-satisfied purchase will not be entertained unless the reason is substantial.
